I stayed at this hotel because it's located in a beautiful, upscale area, but unfortunately the property itself was well below expectations. They should consider renaming the hotel because nothing about it feels like a resort or spa. The parking is inconvenient and far from the entrance, there are no elevators, and the lighting throughout the property is poor. The room felt very dated and dingy. To make matters worse, the toilet ran continuously, and when I called the front desk, I was simply told to "jiggle the handle." The one bright spot was the housekeeping team. The room was exceptionally clean and had no unpleasant odors despite the property's worn appearance. They deserve recognition for doing an excellent job. I can tell this hotel was probably magnificent in its prime, but it has declined significantly over the years. I've heard there are plans to renovate or even rebuild the property. Personally, I think they should focus on restoring and revitalizing what they already have. It doesn't need to be an enormous hotel tucked into a residential area. The pictures don't represent the property properly. It creates a facade of elegance, which I'm sure it was in its prime. Everything was outdated including the rooms and the exterior of the property. The rooms felt more like a motel than a hotel. Their free breakfast was worst than the Super 8 we stayed at the next day. I'm glad we only stayed here for one night. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and it was conveniently located.

We stayed for 4 nights in February. Overall, the hotel was okay, not great, but not terrible either. The biggest issue was the breakfast, which was honestly the worst we’ve experienced. On some days, the delivery truck didn’t arrive, so there was almost nothing available. That said, the lady in the breakfast area was very kind and did her best. With some improvements to consistency, this place could be much better!
